Personnel Action Form (PAF) Process – Instructions

Supervisors/Managers

  • new hire/rehire
  • separation/termination
  • status change (full-time/part-time)
  • salary change
  • position change
  • supervisor change
  • labor allocation/department change

PAF Form – All forms should be returned to hrpaf@spalding.edu email

 

Steps:

 

  1. Manager contacts Human Resources Executive Director – Human Resources.
    1. If over budget HR will schedule a meeting with Finance to discuss
    2. If budget neutral – discuss appropriate next steps
  2. When change is approved, complete PAF form and submit to hrpaf@spalding.edu
    1. Complete fields with corresponding change type listed to the right of the box
