Eagle Card – Your Campus Credentials
The Eagle Card is the official identification card of the Spalding University. Issued to all members of our community, it is required for identification, access to essential campus services, and offers prepaid convenient accounts for making purchases on and off campus. If you cannot upload a photo using the link below, you can visit the Fusion Center in the Egan Leadership Center to get an ID.

Your Eagle Card is your key to:
Meal Plans – Swipe your card to access your meal plan at any campus dining location.
Library – Entrance to the library and access to library materials requires a Spalding ID.
Building Access – The entrance to every building on campus is locked at all times. Your Eagle Card is required to unlock doors and enter buildings. Online students will need an Eagle Card to enter building while visiting campus.
Fitness Center – Provides admittance to the fitness center in University Center.
On Campus Events – Present your Eagle Card to attend campus events.
Eagle Dollars Account – Make prepaid purchases on campus at the dining locations, the bookstore, and campus printers. You can add to your Eagle Dollars account by logging in and clicking Add Value or Request funds to request money from parent or guardian. You may also add money by check or money order in the Bursar’s Office.
Your Eagle Card is the most important card that you will have at Spalding University – vital for accessing campus services. Please carry your card with you at all times. If you lose your Eagle card you please email sustore@spalding.edu to have your card deactivated and request a replacement. Replacement cards are $10.00.
